Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website movement.com.pl and the terms of cooperation with ADAM SIDORUK “MOVEMENT” (hereinafter: “Administrator”). By using this website, the User accepts the following conditions.  

Definitions

• User – any person visiting the Website or using its services. 

• Administrator – the owner and operator of the Website. 

• Services – all services offered by the Administrator, including marketing and project execution.

• No deposits or reservation fees are collected through the Website – payment terms are determined individually with the Client.

• All settlements are made based on individual agreements and invoices. 

• In case of payment delays, the Administrator reserves the right to suspend service provision.  

Copyright and Intellectual Property 

• All content published on the Website is the property of the Administrator or cooperating entities and is protected under copyright law. 

• The User agrees not to use the Website’s content in an unlawful manner, including for competitive purposes. 

1. Complaint Policy 

• Complaints regarding services provided by the Administrator should be submitted via email to movement@movement.com.pl. 

• The complaint should include a description of the issue and the User’s contact details. 

• The Administrator commits to reviewing complaints within 14 business days.  

Final Provisions 

• The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. 

• In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply. 

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the court competent for the Administrator’s registered office.
